Super Brand Mall — Attraction in Shanghai

We wanted to visit Holiland after seeing all the glowing reviews online. Getting here was easy—it’s right across from the Pearl Tower, and you’ll find the shop on your right as you enter the mall from the skywalk.

The aesthetics, decorations, and desserts all look stunning, just like in the photos. However, our experience was completely ruined by the behavior of the male cashier at the counter on March 5, 2025, at 17:32.

When my credit card transaction failed (due to their terminal, not my card), he made rude noises and facial expressions, showing clear frustration. Even after I successfully paid with Alipay, he continued his disrespectful behavior.

Beautiful desserts mean nothing when the service is this terrible. Definitely not...

The Super Brand Mall is more than just a shopping mall, it is a vibrant hub for the local community and catalyst in redefining retail. The high-end luxury project is located on the bustling Lujiazui Street - known as the "East Wall Street". And the Huang Pu River is the symbolic front door to this unique retail community, gentling guiding guests to the mall's entrance.

Posh and highend boutique stores (including an IMAX theatre) are located here throughout it's 13 storeys and there are also eateries, cafes and a food haven in basement but only a few stores are opened, others are still under renovation and so it's quite quiet on the day...

Excellent mall with lots of good restaurants. It’s connected to the pedestrian elevated roundabout that offers a good view of the pearl tower. And on the other end (near Yershari Xinjiang Restaurant) is an exit to a viewpoint by the riverside to take great pictures of the Bund. While we were there we ate in Hefu Noodles and Yershari Xinjiang Restaurant (halal) . Hefu is superb! Try the pork ribs noodles with herbal soup . The noodles are hand made. Yershari is excellent for the bbq lamb skewers and all things lamb! I will definitely...
