Huaqiang Electronic World — Attraction in Shenzhen

I brought my 11 years old child there to get some components for his project. We supposed to go to the largest North Tower but somehow ended here (we saw Huaqiang and thought this is the one, didn’t know there are actually more Huaqiang buildings surrounded, LOST - amazing!).

You can find many electronic components here. Fair price, people are nice and easy to deal with. I did not ask for discount from the sellers since the price to me was fair enough but ended up the sellers either had given a better price or extra pieces for my son. I turned down the offer as he actually had bought extra as back up, the sellers told me “the young are the future”, “he might needs more for experiment”.......... fascinating!

If you like your electronic gadgets and I do mean of every kind - this is the place to go. Floor upon floor of electronics at very good prices. Be warned that the prices are not fixed so don't settle on a price too early. Anything electronic or that you dreamed could be electronic can be bought here. This is a candy store for grown-ups. Be warned store owners will try and entice you the moment you pause or look at anything. I personally found the prices here cheaper than across in Hong Kong. A quick note that I believe Apple products in China have software restrictions on them. I'm not an Apple owner but think it's things like WhatsApp and search engines - so worth checking before buying.
