深圳人民公园位于深圳市罗湖区，南接深圳迎宾馆，东至人民北路，北至笋岗立交桥，西临布吉河与东门购物街仅一街之隔。公园始建于1983年，是深圳市内最早建成的公园之一。也是深圳的《五星级公园》。公园占地面积12.95公顷，其中绿地为10.85公顷，湖面约为2.1公顷。全园共划分五个功能区：月季园景区、运动康乐区、游览休闲区、育种区及园务管理区，共计二十余处园林景点，植物、山景、拱桥、湖水、亭榭相映成趣，湖泊沿延，山水相连，营造出典型的现代与传统融为一体的园林景观。 全园共划分五个功能区：月季园景区、运动康乐区、游览休闲区、育种区及园务管理区，共计二十余处园林景点：园内建有漱月亭、玫瑰宫、月季园、月季长廊、玫瑰广场、老年广场、儿童乐园、健身区等园林景点。漱月亭建在全园最高处，登上漱月亭顶层，公园全貌尽收眼底。公园最大的特色是中央岛月季园内收集了全国各地上百种的月季，也是中国月协五大月季花种植基地之一，300多个品种，5万多株月季花，每年的12月初至昱年2月末月季处于胜花期，月季园内百花齐放、万紫千红，引来无数游人前来驻足观赏。
