Holiday Inn Exp Luohu Shenzhen — Hotel in Shenzhen

This is the fourth time I have stayed in this property, location is convenient to me and CP value is great. Breakfast is enough to fill your stomach and this time, they have started offering with eggs by order, which normally only found in Holiday Inn or better. McDonald, convenient stores, a variety of Chinese restaurants all within 2~5 min of walking distance. ||||What disappointed me this time is smoke, I always stay at Smoke-Free facility, but this time, it must be coming from other guests within my floor, smoking in their bathroom, ventilation just spread their smoke around the floor, I guess it's common in China of those who don't give a damn about others. Called reception, they sent a guy who probably just got done smoking, smell smokier than an ashtray, came to my room and of course, couldn't smell anything...what's the point, I don't get it..||||Other than that, not much to complaint, room is new, renovated and internet connection is stable.....but sound proof from other guests slamming their doors can use some...

Their staff members are courteous and helpful. |Special mention of Ms. Anna Huang at Shenzhen Luohu branch; who is super professional and always goes extra mile to help the customers. She not only manages your checkin/ checkout experience well, but also takes care of well being during the stay. I reckon an incident where I she went extra mile to ensure I got my room card serviceable while using the elevator as my booking extension wasn’t loaded. She also assisted me booking the room amidst the busy season understanding my business trip criticality. I've stayed at Holiday Inn express Luoho for few days while I was travelling to Shenzhen on a business trip and I wanted even to extend my stay more at this lovely place but my time was so limited. However my stay was great and I had such great experience and lovely memories. The hotel is clean and everyone us very friendly and warm to welcome you and eager to help with a big and pure smile.my breakfast was cool with nice oars and cereals beside my usual coffee. Very good check in / out experience and special service from the front office manager Miss. Season Lu even though she is still so young but deals with everything professionally and on time. ||I would love to go back and stay again there and I highly recommend all the people who are going to Shenzhen for business to stay there because it's also very close to the main railway station in case if you wanna continue to travel to Hong Kong or Guangzhou, that place would be the perfect choice for you.
