We went opening day this year, and it was perfect. I thought it would be busy but it was actually really quiet. The longest we qued for a water slide was 5 minutes. Not all the slides were open however, I noticed they opened a few for the first few hours and then they opened a different few in the afternoon ( but closed the morning ones) this was perfect as there was not that many people in the park and it split the day up lovely. As it was opening day not all the restaurants were open which was a little dissapointing however once we actually looked around their were the main ones open so we were able to get everything we needed. The food inside was also very reasonably priced we bought ice cream from the ice cream stand. Donuts from the Donuts stand ( these are the most amazing donuts I have ever had and they came with so many options for toppings. If your going to experience 1 thing from this water park, let it be these donuts ) and just before the park closed we went to get some chips, drinks and crisps from the food stand that was open and honestly we paid the same amount for food inside the park as we would have outside the park which is amazing as normally places like these jack up the prices as soon as you enter. As we came out of season, there was also plenty of beds available. We had 6 beds by the kids Poole for the children and when they decided they had enough of the water we easily found another 6 beds with shade in a different area for the adults to have a swim. The wave Poole was turned on every hour and a clackson sounded all throughout the park so you knew it was about to be turned on. Security were extremely friendly and professional, my son is autistic so any time we have to go through a security check I worry about how he is going to react but the gentleman in charge was an absolute angel and brilliant with both adults and kids. I remember coming here in July 2012 and I will be honest I'm not one for water parks so I didn't enjoy it that much, the park was over crowded and the heat in July that year was so unbearable that you could not walk around bear footed. This time around I invested in some water shoes and 100% they were my best buy for this holiday. Even this time around I noticed people complaining about how hot the floor was and they couldn't walk on it, so definitely invest in a pair of water shoes if you are thinking of going here. Even if you are like me and do not like water slides there are so many other activities here for you to do that you can spend a whole day and not go on one slide and still have an absolutely amazing day. Overall my tips would be go out of season, constantly reapply sun cream, wear a hat, get a pair of water shoes and try the donuts 🍩

Terrible experience. My wife and I were looking forward to a fun day in WaterWorld, but we were very disappointed.
First off, the tickets are very expensive. This wouldn't have been an issue had the park been great, but sadly it wasn't. The lockers you can rent for 5.5 euros works well, but I believe they should have been free with the high admission price. They are not very big, so a family should probably get two lockers.
Several of the slides were closed (at least three, and they looked great, so that sucked), some of the slides you had to be a least two or three people together, which makes it no fun if you're riding the slides alone or two people, because they won't let you ride them if it's not full. This I found out at the top of the tallest slide, so I had to walk all the way down again. Not cool - a sign would have been nice.
You have to wait for a ring because there's not enough, and then go wait in line for the ride. There should have been more than enough for everyone to grab a ring and wait at the ride, not two places.
There were generally a lack of signs, so it was difficult to navigate the place and to find the rides. You could scan a code and get a map on your phone - but guess where most people have their phone - the lockers.
The showers and changing rooms weren't very nice as well. The sunbeds are, luckily free, but the cabanas are €40!
The staff generally doesn't speak English, at least not very well, and they were kind of rude when I tried to ask if I could ride the slide alone (no signs again, so how could I know?)
I saw a drinking water tap and thought that I would fill my water bottle - but not surprisingly, it wasn't working.
Finally, the water was extremely cold.
Not a very good experience. Maybe Covid has been tough on the place, but considering the high cost of admission, I expected better. One slide closed for maintenance I can live with, but several - that's not good enough. The slides we did get to ride were fun, but all the little things just added up, so we went home earlier than we were planning on.
Not coming back, and I would not recommend the place to anyone else.

Generally, we enjoyed our day at the waterpark. It wasn’t too busy so we didn’t have to queue for too long… but the place could do with more rings as there did not seem to be enough for everyone? The rides were a lot of fun though, and the lifeguards were really friendly. The food was not the best (chicken nuggets were horrible), though we did enjoy a crepe and some mini doughnuts which were really yummy! The staff could use some lessons in manners, some were clearly very young and not trained to work in customer service. Queues at the food outlets moved very slow and the staff were most miserable there. Anyway, the price was €50 per person (on the door) and €36 including a local discount. If you wanted to have this discount, you had to present a Cypriot ID card and also pay using a Cypriot bank card. Personally, I thought this was stupid and a bit of a trick for those who may be Cypriot but residing abroad? I was questioned about my residency and student status, almost like my integrity was being interrogated at the entrance! 😂 unnecessary but okay… The waterpark is not cashless and they do not use wristbands for payment either, so you have to carry cash/cards with you to pay for items throughout the day. This was a bit of a pain as the system at Paphos Waterpark is so much easier where you can scan your band during the day and pay for everything at the exit. It was fun to be on the rides, but overall mid experience.

Worth having a cabana, online said none were available. I asked when I got there, and they had plenty, they give you a free bottle of water ice cold once you've paid for it. There is also a loxker big enough for purse and phones only, you have to give them 10 euro bu this is refunded at the end. They have normal lockers available for 7 euro, and they give you 2 euro back when giving the key back.
Price for food I thought was pretty good £26 euro for 1 chicken burger meal, 1 hotdog meal, and a burger meal. You need to look around first, though, as some were more expensive than others.
Overall I was disappointed with the park, the lazy river was OK but the slides were pretty rubbish and very old, they didn't look safe.
There wasn't enough there really to keep you entertained. The wave pool wasn't the best either.
The floor is ridiculously hot as can be expected you can buy water sliders/sandles there but they were very expensive so I would ensure you buy before you go to save on the expense, the cheapest was 20 euro each and the water shoes are only for little ones.
Every Sunday, they have dj's. I think that is likely to be the best day if I knew I would have come on this day, but it would have been more entertaining.
I wouldn't return to this one.

Don't waste your time or your money.
A poorly maintained, dirty and disorganised Park. Sold as premium and top Europe. Stay in your hotel.
If you buy your ticket on the internet, you'll have to queue for a paper ticket. Nothing is indicated, we are wandered from queue to queue.
Few slides, 10 buoys max per slide as all are deflated or punctured. Endless queues.
The security guards don't enforce queues and let people overtake them, so when you wait more than 25 minutes the average time is...
The attractions are dirty. Especially the HERACLES slides. Packets of crisps and cans on the stairs, which themselves are disgusting.
The deckchairs are old, most of them broken.
The toilets have more pee on the floor than in the bowl.
The wave pool party is fun, but the DJ yells more into the microphone than plays the music.
COCKROACHES SWIMMING IN THE RIVIER ODYSEY
Only positive point. The food, the chicken burgers are very good. Similar to macdo.
But you don't come here to eat.
If I could have asked for a refund I would have. 50e for that.

Great waterpark with private cabanas you can rent for €40 a day (5 people). The slides are all very good and maximum fun was had! I would say younger children (under 8) might struggle as the rides are all high adrenaline, but there is a lazy river and kids area. The food onsite is good and not too expensive considering (€8.75 for a chicken burger, fries and drink). The queues at lunch time are huge, so I would try and drag it out until 2 ish when its quieter. The waves are big and kids aren't allowed past a certain point, the lifeguards are in the water during waves which is good. It felt safe and it was clean (no plasters and hair on the floor!). The only downside is that the floor is HOT!! You have to wear sliders or flip flops between rides and leave them at the bottom. All in all a great daybout andnvalue for money.
