Munch Diner — Restaurant in Ayia Napa

Another new comer in the dead Aya Napa marina (it was busy on a Friday night because they had free activities for kids; so this drew some people), otherwise on a Weds night it was heart breaking, Margherita was full but they had almost no customers. Which is a shame, because their Burger is EXCELLENT.. We had several burgers; pepper, cheese and pulled beef.. All were very very good…. The Kale salad was also excellent. Service needs to be worked on ASAP….We had to ask for the Diet Coke seriously 4 times and got it after we finished dinner. I asked the woman at least 3 times in slow English to bring the salad first and THEN the burgers and sure thing, all appeared at the same time. Asked her to cut the burgers in half and of course she did not..

Atmosphere is nice, the outdoor seating is nice again in the middle of the marina facing the boats and the “event center”. It would have been nicer if the marina was busier with more...

“Dimitris Kasiouris is a great chef. He studied for one year in England to have an understanding of different cuisines and techniques then returned to his beloved home, Cyprus. Lucky for me so I can taste the best artichoke dip ever….. I met a lovely Bulgarian lady called Anelia who has lived in Cyprus for 18 years and she works for the restaurant. We also met Caroline , another waitress, who is Polish - Greek and loves the place. We can’t forget the shy curly-haired young Greek waiter...

Great setting, much better use of the unit rather than the Sushi bar.

Burgers were great, tasty and a decent size. One negative would be for the higher price bracket I would expect better quality fries, and some slaw or side salad.

Service was excellent, fast, efficient and friendly.

One other thing I think is needed is hand wipes. If you're serving burgers and ribs you need some kind of wipe after. Luckily the waiter brought us towels with hand gel.
