I had an extremely distressing experience at Ithaki Amusement Park and feel it's important to warn other families.
While at the park, my 3 year old daughter hurt her finger in a very concerning incident on one of the rides. The entire ride had shifted, causing her hand to get jammed between the ride and a large metal box beside it. It took three members of staff to move the ride back into position — clearly indicating that something was seriously wrong with the setup.
Despite this clear safety issue, the staff showed no concern, offered no apology, and were shockingly rude throughout the situation. One staff member even gave me a funny look simply because my daughter — understandably shaken — didn’t want to get back on the ride.
When I raised the issue with the manager, their attitude was equally dismissive and unapologetic.
On top of that, there’s no clear signage about what needs to be paid for. At one point, the same manager rudely told me to remove my children from the bouncy castle because they didn’t have wristbands. I tried to explain that we’d been there a few nights earlier and no one told us anything about needing wristbands, but she just looked at me with attitude and walked away.
To make things worse, during that previous visit, my sister ordered two drinks vodka and orange) and the waitress actually sighed and told her it would take 15 minutes to make them — clearly annoyed that she had to do her job. That alone was unprofessional, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt at the time.
Looking back now, it’s clear the lack of customer service, safety, and basic respect is a recurring issue here.
It’s a shame as we have been coming here over the last 5 years but never again, Ithaki Amusement Park is unprofessional, unsafe, and poorly managed. Avoid...

Read moreThe mini-golf is a very good exaple of everything to NOT do in a mini-golf : Bad difficulty progression (the photo is the second to last hole) The whole terrain is tilted, the ball will often roll even at the begening of the hole Sometime, there are holes that are a straight line, with an obstacle or two, that are not even in the middle, so they are useless. Its not even dor kids, since the tilting of the terrain make a lot of holes looks easy relativly hard, and very frustrating since we don't see it immediatly.
We only went to the mini-golf part, so maybe the arcade part is fun, but if you only want the mini-golf, go...
