The indoor areas are very slippery and dangerous for older people. The lifeguards look all the time on their phones and doesn’t bother to dry the floor.
I saw in the baby/kids area, all parents hold their children by hand, because the floor is slippery, wet and there are sharp corners on the stairs/ pool corners in this area.
The outdoor pool, although very nice, is not heated and unfortunately only 20 degrees, so 99% of the people swim only indoors. So if you don’t go swimming with winter temperatures, don’t go.
The inner pool is crowded and the whole area is very very dark. Lights are turned off.

I would say it's not geared for toddlers although there's a small child / babies area. Wet room, plunge pool and if you pay extra, saunas. Time includes getting changed so make sure you leave enough time to get dressed. Cafe which can be accessed in the pool area or from outside without paying.
