The coffee was bad, the fries took 40 minutes to arrive, it felt crowded and the staff were so busy that I felt it was borderline human abuse, and the jacket and shoe area was a trainwreck of epic proportions. Read moreThis place is incredible, adults can play too or disappear to the slightly calmer but spacious cafe. You can bring your own food. You have to pay for lockers so avoid bringing valuables but otherwise coats & shoes can be left in the cloakroom. You must have socks & no shoes on. Theres a lot of cheeky unsupervised play going on. The place just needs a professional cleaning. Dust everywhere. It's still worthwhile to visit but it's a shame the organisation behind it puts aside deeper cleans that are 100% needed, so reduced my rating from 5 stars to 3 (it's also...
