Øregaard Museum — Attraction in Gentofte Municipality

The museum was lovely. The building sits in a corner of a park surrounded by mature trees. The facilities are excellent and the staff most helpful. The exhibition of turn off the century oil paintings by LA Ring covering paintings relevant to the four seasons was well worth seeing. The exhibition contrasted Danish landscapes with the artists family life including portraits of his family. Whilst much of the text was understandable it would have been helpful to have had English translations alongside the Danish text. Overall an excellent exhibition well...

A very enjoyable, small museum. I believe the exhibitions vary quite a bit with no permanent exhibit, so other people may get other experiences. The park surrounding the property is also very pleasant. Great options in the cafe. If you walk there from the station, you can entertain yourself with a flag guessing game as you pass...

A nice little museum with shifting exhibitions. Currently the museum's own collection is not being showed. The adjacent café is good. Also remember to tak a walk in the public park next...
