Hellerup Strand — Attraction in Gentofte Municipality

It's a family beach, it's not very big. But it has a lovely pier, and is just a stroll down from all the ice cream shops. We love to swim laps between the yellow buoys. There is also all the kayaks that paddle past, and the beautiful rose garden. Plenty of bicycle parking but not much for cars. It's very residential cul de sac road. Small, clean and calm. A spot for those who come to relax without cigarette smoke, music or screaming, unsupervised children. Really crowded in the summer, but tranquil in other ways.

Size doesn't matter but in the end it does when Copenhagen gets to hot and too many people comes here to bath.
