Pickalbatros Jungle is one of the two group buildings with Alf Leila Wa Leila that are merged together. Whereever you stay, you will be able to use all facilities of both hotels, all restaurants, all slides or any entertainment of your favour.

Generally speaking this hotel is huuuuge complex of buildings with looooots of pools. There's even a shuttle bus only to move from A to B within the two hotel group. Whether is huge or not, this destination is a paradise for kids, but for adults, as well. You have plenty of pools, slides, amusement park, gaming room, restaurants and daily shows at no additional charge.

Let me start with the rooms. Jungle and Alf Leila have double rooms, Bungalows and family rooms. They are clean and cosy. Best part of course are the ACs. Believe me, in August and 40°C, you can't live without them.

Restaurants: both hotels have 10 restaurants, Soprano (Italian), Mediterranian, Rocking Burgers, Taj (Asian/Indian), Tagine (Egyptian/Moroccan), Zum Kaiser (German), Le Marché (French), L'Asiatique and Star Fish ( á la carte, w/ costs). I may have missed a restaurant. But anyway, this is where you distinguish this hotel group with other. I was in Turkey, Tunisia, Greece, Morocco and also other hotels in Egypt. None of the hotels I visited have this variety of restauants, at least at no charge. Please note, when I say French, Italian, German, etc., it doesn't mean very very authentic but for example you'll get Spatzle only in "Zum Kaiser", Tandoori Chicken only in Taj or L'Asiatique and so on.

Ativities (inclused): they have slides for everyone, young and adult, easy and scary. Aqua park for Kids. Amusement Park, bump cars, bump boats, four-wheeler cycle, stream channel Swimmingpool with boats (and with waves between 15:00 - 17:00) and also a Gaming Room (w/ VR), just to name some and after dinner there are multiple shows in different locations. I would also say that the animation team do great shows as mentioned by other reviewers.

Beach: There's a shuttle bus every 20 min. that will take to the beach. Last one 18:00h in summer or 17:00h rest of the year. The beach is managed by Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort, but since it's the same Hotel Group, you can use the sunbeds as well as the beach bar/restaurant.

In conclusion, this hotel group is a collection of different activities. It was my first stay, it won't be the last one though. I will be a regular guest.

And so, I will recommend...

Absolutely incredible hotel with fantastic service! The resort is huge. However, a shuttle bus drives around it all day long. You'll wait no more than 10 mins. They have something for everyone. Especially the kids. You dont need to spend a penny unless you wish to shop or do an excursion. We chose quad biking, which was fab. The staff here are so friendly and can not do enough.. Osman, our room cleaner, left us daily surprises with our towels and our room sparkling. Sameh mahmoud on the front desk was extremely helpful printing off our boarding passes for our return flight. The hotel itself has so much to do.. There's yoga sessions and lots of activities for adults and kids. Each high water slide has a lift with a someone manning it all day. The place is spotless and the staff take a lot of care to keep it that way. We really felt safe here with the kids. Especially in the water park and many pools. Safety came first. Theres so many pretty statues for you to take pics. All animal themed. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. We loved every minute of it, and I would love and hope to come back! Thank you to all the staff at the...

Kolejna sprawa to podejście do klienta!

Great hotel & grounds, plenty slides for adults and kids, although some pools that were meant to be heated over Xmas were still cold and some freezing. The games room is agreat addition to the hotel, all free to use with the latest VR equipment. Only downside was the opening times 1-4 then 7-10 ( evening was very busy) shame it's not open in between 4-7 as we found once the sun disappeared around 4/5 it was cold and nothing to do. Cannot comment on entertainment as it started too late( again sat outside in the cold) not for us. Maybe fab in summer. Rockin burger restaurant for us was the best out of numerous restaurants we tried, we are not fussy eaters and I love to try new/different foods but for me the food let's this hotel down, along with alcoholic drinks. Coffee/latte/ tea and soft drinks however were fine. Cakes and pastries and Ice cream available most of the day too. Between 7-10 pm midway street has rides again all free to use, also little stalls with popcorn, candy floss, waffle sticks, sweet potato(not sure why) overall great place but wouldn't return simply because of the poor food/drinks.
