1 star is being generous. This is definitely the worst KFC I have ever been to in every aspect and would not recommend to my worst enemy. We tried to come in at 11am as it states online and also on the door however was turned away multiple times, being told to come back in 10 minutes, then half an hour, then half an hour again until 1pm at which point the staff was finding it very funny and laughing at us. There was a lady working who acted like she could not speak English to give us an opening time, however when coming inside the restaurant, she spoke perfect English to all other customers. All of the staff in this restaurant are extremely rude and the restaurant itself is dirty and unclean, especially the toilets which I couldn’t even use due to the sanity. Staff in the restaurant do not take their job seriously and stand there building towers out of paper cups, knocking them on the floor and picking them back up for customers to drink from. We also first tried to order from the KFC Egypt app which gave us a price of our food items, when going to the till due to the connection being poor and trying to pay, the lady was asking for more money, stating the app was wrong and I had selected the wrong restaurant. After showing the lady I had selected the correct store, and arguing about it, she accepted the correct price. When receiving the food, the order was wrong and whilst eating, there was around 3 other people who complained due to chicken being not cooked, not being given the correct change, and their orders being wrong. I could go on all day about how bad this restaurant is and ended up not eating the food due to the chances of getting food poisoning...
Read moreWe recently ate at the KFC branch in Senzo Mall, Hurghada. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to struggle with maintaining cleanliness. Tables were left dirty after customers left, and we even had to clean our own table before sitting down. While we always dispose of our trays and trash after eating, many customers leave theirs on the tables, and staff should be more proactive in clearing them quickly. The floors also had food dropped under the tables, which were not being cleaned, making the environment quite unpleasant. Additionally, the toilets were in very dirty condition no soap no tissues, which is unacceptable, as cleanliness and hygiene are essential in any restaurant around the world. Another important point: staff at the counter should avoid shouting in front of customers. Speaking loudly while taking orders can result in saliva spraying near the food, which is extremely unhygienic. I strongly recommend that management improve staff training on cleaning and hygiene standards to ensure a safer and more pleasant dining experience...
Read moreI had a shocking and deeply disappointing experience at the KFC branch in Senzo Mall, Hurghada, Egypt. I completely lost consciousness for about five minutes right inside the restaurant. Despite this serious situation, none of the staff offered any help or even showed concern. They simply carried on laughing and chatting with their friends, ignoring what was happening.
To my surprise, it wasn’t the staff who came to my aid — but rather two kind women, one Algerian and the other of a foreign nationality, who helped me and made sure I was okay. Their compassion stood in stark contrast to the complete negligence shown by the KFC employees.
