Egypt Duty Free Shops — Local services in Red Sea

This is the second time I visited this Duty Free shop and once again, they have considerably overcharged me. A $12.50 sleeve of cigarettes have cost me around £30. The guy who seems to be in charge, starts off by telling you the cigarettes are twice the displayed price, when you query this, he begins giving you what seems to be the correct price. Once you get to the till, beware, as they confuse you and manage to rip you off by baffling you. There is no one to complain to and no means of getting your money back. The big chap on the tills took a £20 note from me and then asked for another £10 note. He returned a 20 EGP note, which looks like an English £20 note and a 100 EGP note. One start coz if not can’t give comment!!! Disaster!!! Horrible shop!!! The worse stuff ever!!! 1- they never tell you that you have to have two day upon arrival to buy there is you are longer then you won’t get your recipe of payment! 2- many goods don’t have the price on it!! 3- you pay and then they just start to talk to someone else to don’t give you your change! 4- they don’t have a payment machine that means whatever you give to them they already add a commission (im not against this yes ppl have to survive!) but at the least give a decent service!!! Avoid!!! these people are scammers. The fat man with hardly any hair is aggressive to you when you ask questions and they charge more than it should be. They say you can use card but when you get to the till they say cash only and that’s because the put the extra they scammed off you into they’re pockets. My brother bought 5 pouches of Tobacco and the fat man tried to take one and when I my brother challenged him about it he gave it back. My advise is use Hurghada airport duty free when leaving...
