Water Playground in Jungle Aqua Park — Attraction in Red Sea

I styed in this resort in March/April 2023. I booked family pictures with the photo team within the resort. I used credit card to pay for them but I was told by the resort my card was declined. I left without buying the pictures but after I returned home I found out my card was indeed charged $275 American dollars. I reached out to the resort to voice my concern. They responded asking how they can help. After I explained my situation and showed them proof of the charge they completely ignored me and stopped responding to me. I am absolutely disappointed with their lack of willingness to assist me; upset for being ignored and l livid for the money that was stolen from me. That is not how you do customer service with people who chose your resort. During our stay there many hotel staff have been approaching us and our teenage kids demanding we complete online review with them. My children were told by staff to rate them with 5 stars. If you have to tell your hotel guests what star rating to provide it should be a sign its not a good report. It's really ok. Just so disappointed how behind they are. I like to have things controlled and like to do online bookings. Everywhere and everyone else had no problem with it in Egypt. These guys made me pay again for the ticket because they didn't find the booking.
