I have had a horrible experience shopping at mini so in Senzo mall, the entire time I was shopping in the store the employee working there just stood in front of me steadily for over 10 minutes watching me like i’m gonna steal something from the store, meanwhile other customers are entering the store but only me he is unapologetically standing and watching, I understand that employees are supposed to prevent theft but it shouldn’t be that obvious making the customers feel extremely uncomfortable, shopping shouldn’t be uncomfortable or uneasy, this experience made me feel horrible and...

Horrible service. Today cashier were talking to other man non stop while we were buying things, finished only when I stop them to talk, asking please talk after customer leave. When we finish payment of the items he did not give me the check receipt. I ask to have it and also ask him if it's all, he said, -Yes! He didn't give us change 35 EGP.
