Always no coin changes!?

Place is always clean and some of staffs at meat/poultry section and cheese section are helpful and kind.

But only problem I always face in this Metro branch is at cashier counter, they never give changes when its 1-3 pounds! Its 10 times out of 10times EVERYTIME I dont get my changes as they are always "out of coins". Most of times they dont even say anything and expect me to leave. When I stand firm and ask for my change, then they give one sachet of Nescafe which I never drinks. It's not about 1 or 2 pounds. It's about principal and Metro nor anyone has right to decide whether I need my change or not!
