This presidential hotel is the worst ever I seen the way they deal customer including the general manager and deputy manager, it is family business owners but totally disrespectful. Their staff not well professionals especially the security. It is not safe palace…CCTV cameras not working totally as the manager informed us.

The only redeeming qualities of this hotel were the staff and WiFi, which is why I’m giving it one star. Our flight from Madagascar to UK necessitated a layover in Addis Ababa. We didn’t find out the name of the hotel we would be staying in until we got to Tana Airport.
