Luge 4S — Attraction in Bonneville

Excellent Luge at Megeve, (Fast!) better than the one at Chamonix Amusement park. The price is the same and expensive - Euro 7.50 per ride or 36 for 6 rides.

NOTE - You pay per ride/ sled and not per person. So basically 2 people can go in 1 sled for 7.50, it's your choice. On the way down you can buy your photo for 2 euro each. Not really worth it.

It opens only after 1st June on the weekends, so better check the schedule at the website.

There is a McDonald's at 2-minute drive from here. (WiFi is poor at that Mcd!)

Fab fun. I wasnt sure about going, as videos I found online suggested it was a rather slow ride, but the speed is up to you. And you couldn't film it from a phone at high speed, because you have to hang on hard! Hence the slow trips you see online. We thought we'd just do it once, but had a second go. POOR SIGNAGE We arrived 15 minutes before the luge closed. There was no signs where to buy tickets. We walked up the stairs wandered around then got to the front of the queue at 17.49 only to be told you had to buy your tickets down the stairs and that the ticket office shut at 17.50.
