Zannier Le Chalet — Hotel in Bonneville

We have just returned from our second trip to Le Chalet Zannier and it is hard to imagine a better hotel or experience. We had such a wonderful time last year it was difficult to think we could have a more enjoyable time but I think my husband and I plus Pumpkin our Bernese Mountain dog did!||Everything about the hotel and staff is second to none. Frederic the General Manager and Alex, the hotel manager have done a spectacular job with Le Chalet Zannier. The room (we stayed in Suite 2) was incredible it was almost too difficult to leave it! Everything is done to the highest standards from the design of the room to the quality of the bathrooms and everything in between. One of the highlights is the amazing fire that is a real centre piece of the suite and I think we kept burning for the full 4 days!||The restaurant is amazing! Xavier and his team are truly incredible and the best meals we had in the 4 days in Megeve were at the hotel restaurant. Maxime and the rest of the staff across both breakfast and dinner were amazing and we really felt truly valued as a guest. A particular thanks to Sara who made a superlative Gin and Tonic for my husband on quite a few evenings!||Florian, Max, Vincent and all the other staff who help organise everything for guests were fabulous. Every morning we would have a new walk suggested for us and Pumpkin and everyone of them was different and really gave us the opportunity to see the true beauty and Megeve and Haut-Savoie region. All the staff were so friendly to Pumpkin and never mined when she came padding through reception and the lounge with her dirty paws. For any dog lovers, it is truly rare and special when you find a hotel as beautiful as Le Chalet Zannier who treat dogs as well as they do their human guests - thank you! The housekeeping staff were also amazing and never had an issue with Pumpkin in the room and kept it incredibly clean and beautiful, even with a large Bernese Mountain dog roaming around!||Needless to say we are already planning our return visit in 2021 and thank you again for a truly amazing 4 days.
