Food was genuinely terrible, it took two failed attempts to prepare the Butcher’s Special. The first attempt was overcooked, tough, difficult to slice - the staff confirmed they pre-cook the meat and then simply sauté it to serve quickly. The re-fired second attempt came out as pictured - completely white and actually cold to the touch. Fully inedible. Our kid’s limousine steak mince were inedible as well, unfortunately. They are also pre-cooked and then heated for fast service. The second attempt actually cooked meat fresh and was better. My third dish was the veal, which was better tasting and warm. Inside Novotel hotel, the restaurant has a great atmosphere and food. The spacious place has a kids club and good music.

I would rate the food 4/5. I enjoyed the smoked salmon club sandwich, Thai rice and pasta. There is vegetarian options as well as desserts.

The service was smooth and quick. Our wonderful waiter, Camila was a big help, very accommodating and kind. Ensuring we understood the menu options as we were looking for halal options.

Nicely presented, and tasty, food. Service unprofessional - had to request a menu and when a glass of wine was going to be poured at the table it was clear that the bottle was virtually empty.
