What a treat! At the museum of Modern Art today, I had the pleasure of an excellent guided tour with Julliette who spoke french and english. Her knowledge is excellent combining historical events with the lives of surrealist artists, the personal and political impact of Hitler and Franco, and the urgent purpose of surrealism as a movement. Read moreA small but very interesting modern art gallery. It only cost 3 Euros to get in. There is a small shop by the entrance and a couple of floors upstairs displaying art. Downstairs is another special gallery area which was the highlight for us with fantastic sculpture work. The garden was peaceful and attractive with plenty of areas to sit in the shade and relax.
