Salis beach — Attraction in Grasse

A piece of paradise.

On a clear day you can see the Alps in the distance and Italy.

The beach has nice sand and wasn't over crowded when I was there. There are a couple of little beach hut places selling drinks, snacks and sweets. One of them is called Rio de Janeiro. Really nice guy who was working the place.

I went there two days. The first day the water was very clear. The next there was some vegetal sediment stirred up a bit in the water but no biggie.

Really nice beach, crowded but full of space, I’m posting from here right now 16/08/2025 at 12:15 on a Saturday mid August and it’s just perfect Just be CAREFUL with the JELLYFISH, lots of kids and adults being stung by gigantic jellyfish, also the beach has a lot of kids on it, so if you’re no up to a beach full of kids and family I do not recommend, 100% a family place. Supposedly "the cleanest" beach in Antibes. In the week I've been here it's been filled with trash and debris in the water, rotting seaweed on the sand so when you approach the beach you get a smell not of the sea, but of the rotting seaweed.
