Yesterday we attended Taylor Swift concert. There was no organisation in the queue to enter the stadium (30-40min and people were jumping and pushing to get there). Security only allowed 33cl bottles without cap - this was known checking the Ticketmaster/OL website but in the pdf attached, they mentioned max 50 cl, which made lots of people to throw them away -. On the other hand, it was impossible to get mercandishing. Nobody was controlling it and we waited 40 min for nothing. Inside the stadium, smoking was forbidden (interdit) and there was someone repeatedly doing it. The acoustics were not perfect but this is usual in stadiums, and I knew it in advance. Finally, we have to leave at 23.15h to avoid further chaos, skipping the last TS song since we knew there wouldn't be any control by the end of the show. One shuttle was already full at that time. Nevertheless, the show was incredible and TS is amazing. Thanks Taylor. PS. The organisation crew (controllers, security) did not speak English at all - only one tramway controller barely spoke with one person. I knew this would happen since we were in France but about 30% of attendees were foreigners, and this is typical in an International event, which should be taken into consideration. For a country that is hosting the Olympic Games, this should...
Read moreAttended a Rammstein concert here. In general, a very organized place. Security were superb in controlling the enterance. Nobody was allowed with anything dangerous (e.g. selfie sticks etc) and they successfully made people walk and not run to the standing area to not hurt each other (it's usually the point when you know the security got things under control or not in a concert venue). The downside is that they didn't monitor the crowd enough .. many people after the moshpits started were struggling to get out and needed security help, and also there was lots of completly drunk people picking up fights .. so even though everything building up to the concert was really really well organized, the concert itself was chaos.
A note: I attend heavy metal festivals and concerts almost on weekly basis and I understand they can get chaotic, but what i'm flagging here is something that may affect personal safety and not just people pushing here and there. If this improves, it would be absolutely one of the top venues in France and Europe for...
Read morePlease update the working hours of the museum! Closed today (June 05), person from the store told me that it’s open on the weekends only. I lost 1 hour each way and changed 3 trams for nothing. Came back 3 days later (June 08) tried to get a ticket for 1:30 PM online to catch the group tour. I through you can get it there right away. A person from staff tried to help as quick as possible, it was already 1:32 PM the website asked to make registration. This is too complicated. The tour girl said that she can’t wait longer. Why you don’t sell paper tickets at the club shop? I came twice in a period of 3 days all the way to the stadium, lost so many hours traveling back and forth. Please give people choice to see the museum and do a tour separately. Sometimes people doesn’t have that much time for both. The tour was hour and a half I rush myself through museum for 30 minutes. Couldn’t stay longer. And museum was my main target. It’s good to put some signs in English at museum as well. You have...
