After checking their website for an external DVD reader, I walked to the store on Ave Jean Jaures to buy one. The DVD reader was not in stock, only a different model about 40% higher in price. The store doesn't have a wide variety of items, as the pictures might make you think. The store employee would not recommend me to a different supplier nearby, only one of their other stores far away where the item was supposed to be in stock. I found "Pearl" in downtown Lyon, which has a super variety of items including what I was looking for. "Pearl" also has a 14 day return policy at the store. You can buy almost any kind of computer or phone cable there, adapters from European to US electrical plugs, earphones, hand tools, even small kitchen appliances. Hello guys, i just wanna know how could a professional make such a huge mistake; my bf went to this store today, he has a problem with his Laptop, so the person working there told him that it is impossible that the Lap could work again, so my Bf went back home, he asked for a friend help, he opened the lap and took the battery off and on, guess what; the lap worked perfectly well. J'ai acheté un PC portable de marque Altyk en février 2024 à la boutique LDLC de Saxe Gambetta. L'achat s'est déroulé sans encombre.
Peu après l'achat, j'ai rencontré quelques problèmes majeurs. La connexion HDMI se perdait au moindre mouvement de l'ordinateur, rendant l'utilisation d'un écran externe pratiquement impossible. De plus, j'ai eu des soucis avec le clavier côté droit à cause du versement d'un peu de liquide survenu en juin 2024. J'ai rapporté l'ordinateur en boutique en spécifiant clairement ces problèmes. Mohamed m'a reçu et a pris en charge ma demande.
Après trois semaines sans mon ordinateur, je suis retourné en boutique pour le récupérer. À ma grande stupéfaction, le problème de connexion HDMI persistait. Le lendemain, Mohamed m'a appelé pour discuter du problème, et grâce à son intervention et à la compréhension de son responsable, la boutique LDLC de Saxe Gambetta a pris la décision de changer l'ordinateur par un neuf. De plus, Mohamed s'est chargé de transférer mes données sur le nouvel ordinateur.
