Bonneveine beach — Attraction in Marseille

It’s a nice beach. I would rather say it’s the biggest among the range of five adjacent beaches in that vicinity. It’s cute and kinda fun for families and kids. Ample of parking spaces (reasonably paid) and numerous restaurants & bars & ice cream parlours.

Thé beach is west facing, hence the sunset is great. However, almost nil vegetation means no shade of trees. Be ready with your sun screen at least spf60 or more.

There are changing cabins, toilets (open until 18h45) and beach showers available on the beach. The beach is no smoking zone, so pretty clean.

There are many activities for the kids like carousel, giant wheel, etc.

There’s a heavy traffic near the round about. Please take care while crossing the road with kids.

Playa de piedras bastante incómoda. El agua estaba bastante sucia y se avisa constantemente de estar pendiente de los posibles robos. Nosotros presenciamos como una persona abrió el bolso de una señora “por equivocación”. Intervinieron los “mediadores” que hay en la playa para estas cosas y quedó en nada, ni siquiera llamaron a la policía. Para playas buenas mejor invertir algo de tiempo en el coche e ir hacia las playas de Antibes. Hay duchas pero muy pocas. En esta playa está prohibido fumar pero vimos a varias personas fumando a pesar de que los socorristas advierten que deben ir fuera de la playa. No hay problema para aparcar pero como en toda...
