Bistingo — Restaurant in Marseille

Really really bad experience. When we arrived we were told in a very mean way it was only allowed to hire a seat if we also would order some food. Ok, if that is the case, no problem - although the lady's tone must have been some kind of warning on what was about the come. It took thousand years after we got any service. We weren't allowed to use a parasol "because of the wind" and while we were slowly turning into lobsters, we saw the waiter opening a parasol for some other clients. We decided to order the "formula" which gave us three options. We decided to go for the pizza and chicken brochettes. Wrong choice... the chicken looked more like sashimi and was completely raw inside. After "finishing" our food we decided to leave. We couldn't handle the lack of service and angry looks any longer. While paying, the lady also tried to make us pay extra. Arrête... seriously, if you dislike being friendly so much why would you run a beach club?

Seriously, worst...

This place is an absolute rip off and a scam. Looks nice on the surface but they have hidden costs and overpriced food (€24 for a salad). We arrived asking if we could use the sun beds to which the response was yes but you must buy food and drinks which we were happy to. We spent the afternoon there buying cocktails and food, however when it came to paying the bill they added on €44 euros for 2 beds and a parasol which they failed to mention at the beginning. It was portrayed at the beginning that beds and parasols are included provided you buy food and drinks, however when you come to pay at the end they add this hidden charge. When trying to contest this the staff who spoke perfectly good English on entrance now claimed his English wasn’t good. Staff were rude and aggressive, preyed on tourists...

En tant qu'amateur de pizza, je suis ravi d'avoir découvert la pizzeria Bistingo. La qualité de leurs pizzas est tout simplement exceptionnelle, et je ne peux m'empêcher de la comparer avec la concurrence, comme Lucas Semini.

Ce qui distingue vraiment Bistingo, c'est la fraîcheur des ingrédients utilisés dans leurs pizzas. Les légumes sont croquants et savoureux, la sauce tomate est délicieusement assaisonnée, et le fromage est fondant à souhait. Chaque bouchée est un véritable délice pour les papilles !

Le service chez Bistingo est également impeccable. L'équipe est chaleureuse et accueillante, prête à répondre à toutes vos questions et à vous conseiller sur les choix de pizzas. La livraison est rapide et les pizzas sont toujours bien emballées pour préserver leur fraîcheur.

En comparaison, j'ai été déçu par la qualité des pizzas chez Lucas Semini. Les ingrédients semblaient moins frais et la saveur globale était moins prononcée. De plus, le service n'était pas aussi attentif et professionnel que chez Bistingo.

Un autre point fort de Bistingo est la variété de leurs pizzas. Ils proposent un large choix de garnitures et de combinaisons de saveurs, ce qui permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur. De plus, ils offrent également des options végétariennes et sans gluten, ce qui est un vrai plus pour les personnes ayant des préférences alimentaires spécifiques.

En conclusion, je recommande vivement la pizzeria Bistingo pour une expérience de pizza exceptionnelle. Leurs pizzas sont délicieuses, fraîches et variées, avec un service client impeccable. Comparé à Lucas Semini, Bistingo est vraiment au-dessus du lot. Je suis devenu un client fidèle et j'ai hâte de déguster leurs délicieuses...
