How to recommendation for my Uber driver to try this place. He was younger. It’s hip, one of those sporty places to be at like one of those Vegas hotels. But like the stars that I was given into three star range, it is pretty much accurate. I walked in, talking my phone, but stayed towards the entrance. I’m on a work phone call and a server keeps on talking to me and I’m just give him a signal that I’ll just be one moment, but he still talks to me. I keep on signaling to him. I will be one moment but it’s like he doesn’t understand. When a phone is to my head and he’s just keeps on talking to me. So I just tell him I’ll just be one moment in French. Then he comes back and starts saying more stuff to me and I say I’ll just be another moment. I’m still on the phone motion that I’m still talking on the phone while the phone is in my head. He doesn’t get it. Finally I go up to and ask him if I can get a seat then he says to me that they’re no longer selling food at this time and I asked him if I could get a drink which he says yes and I go sit down by the pool. I asked for a glass of wine with a water, and it was not advised that I had to buy a bottle of water which I had no problem with but everywhere else just gives you water. Well, finishing my glass of wine and doing work, I was going to order another glass of wine and another server comes up and says credit card or cash. I just politely pay and leave. Do you know those places that are exactly like Vegas at the pool parties but at the pool parties they give you mega amount of Service That’s not this place. If you want quality food, which I didn’t really have so I can’t and shouldn’t say anything about it but the service and just the vibe a bit being not a classy place I would not...

They have very bad service, they doesn’t allow us to enter only because we are Arab and they told us this directly, i came from Dubai especially to visit it i feel so bad because of this , I visited the most expensive places in the world and more luxury places than you but it’s never happened to me like this.. you should mention this n your website that it is not allowed for Arab people or for black peoples as your security said to me … and before I come to you i call you for a reservation and i asked her if is it ok if im not drink alcohol and she said yes but you only need to come and enter directly without reservation.. I don’t recommend it at all , 0 respect , 0...

Nous voulions profiter de la piscine et du restaurant du Sport Beach. Avant de nous déplacer, nous avons appelé pour réserver. Au téléphone, la personne qui nous a répondu a été sèche et peu aimable : elle nous a simplement dit qu’aucune réservation n’était possible, sans donner la moindre explication ni alternative. J’ai dû insister pour savoir comment procéder, et elle m’a répondu qu’il fallait venir sur place et qu’on nous donnerait des transats. La conversation donnait clairement l’impression qu’elle voulait se débarrasser de moi.

Pour être sûre d’avoir bien compris, j’ai demandé à mon amie de rappeler et de poser les mêmes questions. Même constat : un « IMPOSSIBLE » sec, sans bonjour, sans formule de politesse, ni aucune précision. Quand mon amie a demandé comment faire, on lui a juste répondu : « Il faut venir, c’est tout ».

Nous nous sommes donc présentées un lundi. La personne à l’accueil, occupée au téléphone, nous annonce que c’est complet. Nous expliquons que nous avions justement appelé pour éviter ce genre de mauvaise surprise, et que personne ne nous avait averties du risque d’arriver pour rien. Aucune excuse, aucun effort pour se montrer désolée.

En repartant, nous avons croisé une cliente qui sortait de la piscine et nous a confié qu’elle était vide depuis 11h, avec à peine 7 personnes présentes.

C’est inadmissible : même si c’est complet, il y a une manière correcte de répondre au téléphone et de fournir des explications claires pour informer les clients. Cette expérience nous a vraiment laissées un goût amer et ne donne pas envie de revenir.

Y’a certaine personne il faut vraiment penser à changer de travail surtout quand on est aigri et qu’on travaille dans l’événementiel...
