FNAC Nice — Attraction in Nice

The FNAC is located in one of the central boulevard in Nice city, not too far from the beach. It is a huge store with three floors, and Like any other fnac, it is well structured and organized. It is a great place to shop for anything and has almost everything: books, magazines, mobiles, cameras, computers, tickets to concerts, tech, toys, music, home, kitchen stuff and much more. There is a great selection of items.

It is though lacking agents who work there to seek assistance and guidance, but when you are able to find an agent, the staff is very helpful. If you have fnac+ card, you can get 5% off from your purchases. Check for FNAC app for discount codes and specials!

It is a convenient store for picking up anything you forgot to pack like cables, electronic devices, camera lenses, or books to make the vacation more memorable.

I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of their book selection. If you are a reader, I recommend you to visit this store. You'll like end up with buying few books ;) I always find almost any book I look for.

It is always a great experience to visit FNAC stores. I am looking forward to visit more...

Bought a Pixel phone last year from this shop. I was in need of a document 'intracommunautair' for my book keeping. They lied to me in the shop just nodding yes at everything I asked. After the purchase I knew something was up, I just didn't get the documents that were promised to me. Took me about an hour to get some sort of 'lead' on how to procede: Contact Fnac Pro. This was followed by the worst client service I had in my life. There is no clear Email adress found on their website, so you end up calling their archaic phone service which is clearly designed so you would give up. In the end I got an Email adress and that's where the real fun begins. Answering 4 weeks later, on a different Email adress, completely dodging everything I said: "You bought it from Fnac, go to Fnac this is Fnac Pro", ... Brilliant loop of shoving responsability. To top it all of they didn't react to my last reply of 3 bloody months ago. Their shenanigans have cost me 200 EUR of...

1)Asian looking guy at the camera section should take a chill pill.

2)Cashier woman should have some manners. I didn’t know that I can’t make cash payments above 1000 euros since I’m new here. I was purchasing an I Phone16 pro max and when I paid in cash the way she refuse cash payment is mannerless. She made a weird face and look at me like a thief & push away the cash. Maybe her family is coming from low class thief family or something doesn’t mean everyone are same. Treat people with respect and don’t project yourself on others . We are allowed to bring 10,000 euros(cash) with us through the airport.

Not the 1st time also dealing with this crappy poor customer service. Should avoid this place...
