Pros: Good range of really fresh and diverse produce and other asian items. I would say for fresh food, come here. For dried and staple asian ingredients, Paris Market has a bit more. But you can find almost everything you need here.

Cons: -For shelf stable items - check expiration dates. I have bought a few things that were already expired ! -You must leave any ´large’ bag at the door with a token to enter, and even when you do, the women there may still accuse you of stealing. Don’t come looking for anything but your Asian food items. Friendly greeting at the entrance? Forget about it. Be ready to hand over any bags to leave at the front while you shop. The checkout lines go in all different directions. Just find one and commit to it. Other people will cut in front of you. Let it go. But one thing is consistently good about this place. They have every Asian food item you need in one spot. I always find what I’m looking for and their prices are legit. Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience au Chen Market. L'attitude du personnel était tout simplement insupportable. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par des employés d'une impolitesse choquante.

L'une des employées était particulièrement agressif. Lorsque j’étais a la caisse elle passait mes articles de manière agressive et quand je lui ai demander un sac elle me répondait de manière arrogante et condescendante, comme si ma simple présence la dérangeait.

De plus, tout au long de ma visite, j'ai observé des employés se comportant de manière agressive envers d'autres clients. Ils étaient impatients et n'ont pas hésité à hausser le ton et à manquer de respect à plusieurs reprises. Cela crée une atmosphère très inconfortable et hostile dans le magasin.

Je comprends que les gens peuvent avoir de mauvaises journées, mais cela ne justifie en aucun cas un comportement aussi déplorable de la part du personnel. En tant que client, je m'attendais à un minimum de courtoisie et de professionnalisme, ce qui était clairement absent chez Chen Market Belleville .

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce magasin à quiconque. Dommage que la note minimale soit 1 étoile, j’aurais mis 0 sans aucun doute. Il est regrettable de constater que l'attitude du personnel a complètement gâché mon expérience d'achat. J'espère sincèrement que la direction prendra des mesures pour remédier à ce problème et offrir un service de meilleure...
