Живем здесь уже полгода. Во дворе бегают крысы, постоянно идет стройка. На этаже не всегда чисто. Есть консьерж, камеры, за это плюс. Также удобное расположение. В относительной близости карфур, рядом эко-маркет со всеми необходимыми продуктами (но имейте ввиду, цены там будут выше) и фитнес-центр. Хотелось бы, чтобы скорее закончили стройку, так как сложно проходить, каждый раз вокруг стоят строй материалы.

Живем здесь уже полгода. Во дворе бегают крысы, постоянно идет стройка. На этаже не всегда чисто. Есть консьерж, камеры, за это плюс. Также удобное расположение. В относительной близости карфур, рядом эко-маркет со всеми необходимыми продуктами (но имейте ввиду, цены там будут выше) и фитнес-центр. Хотелось бы, чтобы скорее закончили стройку, так как сложно проходить, каждый раз вокруг стоят строй материалы.

Our maintenance fee is 45lari+/month but for the last year we are able to use only 2 lifts out of 4 and only 1 works properly, building has 30+floors with a hotel on the...
