Pizza Room — Restaurant in Batumi

I have been ordering pizza from this place for 6 years, but what happened recently was absolutely unacceptable and shocking. I ordered a pizza in the evening, and while eating it I noticed a slightly strange taste for a moment. It was barely noticeable, so I ignored it. That was a big mistake. By 5 a.m. I already felt very sick, and in the morning my condition became even worse. I had eaten almost nothing else that day besides some potatoes, so there is no doubt that it was the pizza that caused this. The timeline was crystal clear: I ate the pizza in the evening, and within just a few hours I was seriously ill. Eventually, I had to be urgently hospitalized and receive two IV drips because of how bad it was. What makes this even worse is the way the restaurant reacted. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to convince me that it wasn’t their pizza but “probably a rotavirus” or something else. This is completely unacceptable it was 100% their pizza, and the situation was obvious. I have eaten their pizza countless times before without issue, and this time, immediately after eating it, I ended up in the hospital. The lack of care and responsibility from this restaurant is outrageous. They did not show the slightest concern for my health or well-being, even though their food caused me serious harm. After being a loyal customer for 6 years, this experience has completely destroyed my trust. This is not just disappointing, it is dangerous. I cannot recommend this place to anyone anymore. Salmon pizza is amazing, taking it often when nearby. It's not that expensive for such portion size and with such amount of fish. We also periodically taking burger pizza, which is also very tasty. In general pizza prepared very fast, drought is thin, they speak English and Russian, free wifi and conditioner inside. They also offer free delivery.
