Bank of Georgia — Attraction in Tbilisi

The staff “Eto” and a staff at front door was super helpful. She speaks English fluently. I had a problem with ATM machine which took my card. I had almost zero money with me. I was very anxious because it happened once in TBC and they let me filled the form for a hour and wait one week to go to other branch to pick up the card. That time I urgently had to go to animal hospital. I was crying at the bank where all staffs were laughing at me like I was crazy woman. But in this Georgian bank, I had such kindness reaction. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this bank. I came to open an account and needed assistance uploading the required documents.
