Wir waren zu einer feierlichen Veranstaltung dort. Nach einer beeindruckenden Zeremonie bei der wir aktiv mit eingebunden wurden hatten wir die Gelegenheit eine Probestunde Tai Chi mitzumachen. Sehr interessant aber schwer. Der krönende Abschluss war eine spektakuläre Vorführung erlernter Kampfkunst. Hut ab ! Einfach großartig. Sehr sympathisch, die Mönche...

gutes training, ohne frontal unterricht (einer macht vor, alle machen gleichzeitig nach), was ich gerne mag, da im eigenen tempo gelernt werden kann und es die möglichkeit bietet die bewegungen genau zu verstehen. nach dem training kann ich mit einem seeligen grinsen,gut geerdet durch den großstadt-jungel gehen....
