Worst experience ever!

Sunday 6th at 16:04 I called to ask if certain items can be made with peanuts, and the person on the phone confirmed yes. I then made my order with Uber Eats stating again in the comments that it should be made without peanuts. Around 50 minutes later the food arrives and there are clearly peanuts on the top of the poke bowl, so I call them up again and tell them this, plus some sauce was missing. They tell me they will resend both items. In the meantime I try some of the other items I ordered, the cookies were the driest things I’ve ever experienced. Maybe nice when freshly cooked but by the time it arrived, cold and DRY! Eventually the person arrives with the new poke bowl, they forgot the sauce but whatever. I didn’t have time to eat it then so I save it for the next day. I can’t see any peanuts so i tuck in. Halfway through I see a peanut and realise that my mouth is itchy, I stop suddenly and call the restaurant again (Monday 17:31) and they tell me I need to call back later when the manager arrives. I call again at 19:27 and they tell me the manager is not here. I then spend the night being sick and in pain from eating the peanuts. I contacted Uber Eats but they say it is not their responsibility and to contact the restaurant. I call again Tuesday at 21:01 and they say the manager is not there and to call again tomorrow. I call Wednesday at 17:00 and they took my details and said the manager will call you. I then call at 20:00 and say that the manager still hasn’t called me and they say he will later. I have still not been contacted/refunded for food I could not eat and made me unwell. I am so disappointed. Someone has to take responsibility for the mistakes which were made. I work in gastronomy and we work with Wolt. I will never order from Yana or Uber Eats again!

I can't speak for the food because we didn't get all of it! on Wolt there is a button 2-for-1, and I pushed it for one of their bowls. Only one came. I called. They said that the button didn't mean anything - the message 2-for-1 didn't mean anything. I was supposed to order TWO, then they would give a refund of the other. Here's the thing: we are having a sunday night dinner with my family - we just want our food, so I said we would order more things directly from them to make it worth their while for the delivery, a miso soup, and some mozzarella sticks, - they asked for cash upon delivery, I said fine - and then they should include the other bowl. They wouldn't include the other bowl!!! They aren't honest. Don't order from them. My family has out of convenience before, now...

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Ich möchte hier nicht einen auf Amateur Kritiker machen, aber für den Preis ist schon echt frech, wenn's dann hauptsächlich nur Fertigessen ist. Hoffe nur ihr verschwendet nicht euer Geld so wie ich und will euch davon abraten hier zu bestellen. Habe mich von den guten Bewertungen verlocken lassen, so ein Mist.

Lieferdauer: Ich habe vor etwa zwei Stunden bestellt, Lieferung hat etwa 40 min gedauert, also eine gewöhnliche Lieferzeit.

Das war wahrscheinlich das schlechteste Asiatisch was ich je gegessen habe...

Die Wan Tan Suppe: Ohne Scheiß, es ist einfach nur warmes Wasser in dem Tiefkühlgemüse und fertig Wan Tans schwimmen. Wirklich es schmeckt nur nach Wasser mit leichtem Brokkoli- & Weißkohlgeschmack.

Glasnudelsalt mit Scampis: Eine Frechheit! Scampis haben keinen Geschmack, wahrscheinlich wieder billige Tiefkühlkost, dafür aber horrende Preise. Für gewöhnlich sind ja Erdnüsse drin, soweit so gut ne? es sind aber Buchstäblich diese gesalzenen Erdnüsseaus der Dose, die man als Student immer gegessen hat.

Sushi: Gummi. Wirklich purer Gummi. Ich weiß nicht mal was ich dazu anderes sagen soll. Ja nicht mal das Wasabi geschmäckt, wie schafft man sowas?

Chop Suey: Widerlich. Der Reis war Hart wie Stein, an dem man sich die Zähne hätte aus beißen könnte. Vermutlich war der Reis 1-2 Tage alt, den man einfach los werden wollte. Die Garnelen waren extrem Zäh und ungenießbar. Alles in allem schlecht!

Edit: Habe noch ein Foto von der Suppe angehangen, um zu zeigen das es nicht nur schlecht geschmeckt hat, sondern auch...
