We came across this by chance. It is a hidden gem of a museum. It is part of a school that is still in use. It is run by a couple of enthusiastic volunteers. There are 4 classrooms, each depicting the room, curriculum and societal influence on education in 4 key periods in Germany. We were taken around by Natalie, who spoke some English and with our basic German we able to discuss the tour. Altogether we were there about 2 hours. For casual visitors it is only open for couple of hours over Wednesday lunchtime and about 4 hours on Thursday afternoon - so it is important to check before visiting. To access the museum, you go through the gate and go round to the left to the door at the back of the building and ring the bell. The guide will come to collect you. At other times it might be used by organised groups or school trips. The museum was very quiet. We were first to arrive on opening and were joined by 2 more couples at various times. There is no charge for visiting as it is volunteer-run, but there is a donation point in one of the rooms.
