Great personal training! With Bene as my personal trainer since ca 6 months we have reached amazing results, all tracked in detail. The atmosphere and the motivation is great! Bene makes fun and varying personal training plans and also cares for my food intolerance when giving diet recommendations. It’s cool to see that in each session I make progress, and you get a protein shake after each training as well. I combine personal training at 59 Fitness with solo training and it works super. Even for vacations I get a nice body weight training plan to keep in shape. Thank you Bene & Basti and see you in the studio...

After each training, I experience a mental high and uplifting of my physical well-being. This has consistently been my 'after-workout feeling' for over 2 years now. At Fiftynine Gym, I can tap into energy safely and purposefully. I receive expert guidance to strengthen my weak points and maintain stronger areas, creating a powerful enhancing resonance overall. Ich mach es kurz: Besser geht's einfach nicht!

Das Personaltraining bei FIFTYNINE ist das Beste, was ich jemals erlebt habe. Ab dem Moment des ersten Kontakts ist die Professionalität bemerkbar, beim ersten Treffen ist die Begeisterung für den Sport spürbar und bei jedem einzelnen Training wird man von der Motivation und Leidenschaft angesteckt. Bei FIFTYNINE treffen sportwissenschaftliches Know-How, die schiere Motivation und ein exklusives Trainingsumfeld zusammen. Vor Ort gibt es Umkleidekabinen, Duschen, Handtücher und Getränke. Nach dem Training gibt es einen Proteinshake. Regelmäßige Körperfettmessungen und Dokumentation gehören zum Programm dazu. Das ergibt ein absolut perfektes Trainingserlebnis.

Besonders empfehlen kann ich ein Training mit Bene Ruhdorfer, der mich nach einem sehr schweren Mountainbikeunfall fitter als jemals zuvor gemacht hat, der stets mit Fachwissen glänzen kann und dessen Begeisterung und Motivation einen auch zu noch so früher (oder später) Stunde ansteckt.
