Newdelhi Indisches Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Munich

The restaurant has an extensive menu with plenty of options to accommodate different dietary preferences. We only wanted a small bite so we got Malai Kofta and butter Paneer (photos below, though they don't make justice to the flavors and smells). While the Kofta was good, the Paneer was excellent (my mouth is watering at the thought of it). We ordered a portion of rice and it was also good and plenty for both of us, unlike other Indian restaurants I've been to in Munich.

When we got there the restaurant was almost empty and we were a bit skeptical but in the end we were proven wrong because more people came by after us and the food was delicious. At the risk of saying something innacurate, I should mention half of the guests looked of Indian descent, which is a good sign in my book.

The service was good too. The food was served without much delay, but they still gave us a courtesy to snack on while we waited. The waiter was very attentive but the restaurant was not very full when we went there. Importantly, we wanted to pay quickly because we had a show to attend after and the waiter anticipated it and helped us rapidly.

The prices are standard for Munich, you can see the menu on their website. They take cash and cards but there has to be a minimum of €20 for electronic payments.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I was blown away by the incredible experience. The Indian food was beyond delicious, capturing the true essence of the cuisine with every bite. The flavors were rich, authentic, and utterly satisfying.

The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made me feel right at home. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. The overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

What a delicious meal we had after several days of traveling and touring! Absolutely yummy! More than what we had expected! Plus what a great service! The food was not only delicious but the staff was friendly and very accommodating! They were closing in 10minutes and yet accommodated a large group of 12 of us and brought out such a lavish feast .. all the kids in our group also absolutely LOVED the food Couldn’t have had a nicer meal / afternoon in Munich despite the hot weather!
