Sappralott — Restaurant in Munich

I simply loved this restaurant. It was shown to me by my friend who lives in Munich and eats there often. He took me there as soon as I arrived and I had there my first Augustiner ever. I ate there a lot of times then. The food was very good and not even expensive. Münchner Schnitzel - two huge schnitzels with roasted potatoes and pint of beer for 13€. This was my favourite lunch and the dinner was Chilli con carne. Waitresses were so nice and kind and food was brought to me fast. The restaurant has nice and kind of a little medieval look to me with its two old cupboards behind the bar. It has tables inside and outside but outside tables were usually full. I saw a lot of local people going there regularly either working guys or old fellas whom the waitress even knew what they were gonna eat. Looking foward to go...

Today I ordered a home delivery, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The Gulash was overly salted. It seemed like the chef had accidentally spilled the entire salt shaker into the pot. Even after trying to salvage the meal by adding water, the saltiness was overwhelming and the dish was inedible. The other dishes I ordered were not much better. The meat was tough and also suffered from excessive salt, ruining the overall flavor. It’s clear that attention to detail and quality control were lacking in the kitchen. I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice meal at home, but this order was a huge disappointment. The waitress stole the phone and hid it behind the cigarette machine. When I asked for help, she didn't want to help at all, she said the cameras don't work, then when i came back with lap top to show her, that my iphone is here and asked the wifi to connect laptop, then she said wifi doesn't work. When I said that if you don't help, I'll call the police, he went completely crazy. And when I set the phone to ring through find my iphone and asked if you could ask people to be quiet, it refused.
