How to spend 72 hours in Stuttgart 🇩🇪 My jam packed 3 day break in Germany has come to a close in collaboration with @Stuttgarttourismus & @stuttgart.uefaeuro2024. I loved delving into the city’s past & learning what’s to come. It’s a hugely accessible city, all easily navigated on foot & by public transport. Below are my highlights from my time here: 📍Sepulchral chapel Württemberg | 30 minutes outside the centre, situated in the heart valley & local vineyards. 📍Stuttgart “Fernsehturm” TV Tower | World’s first concrete telecoms tower built in 1954 set the prototype for many others around the globe. 📍Stuttgart Arena | Home of the VfB Stuttgart and soon the 2024 UEFA EURO™! 📍Mercedes Benz & Porsche Museum | Only city to host 2 automotive museums. The buildings are impressive as much as the many 200+ cars within. 📍City Centre: Stuttgart Library, Markethalle Shopping & Schlossplatz Ferris wheel | Using a 3 day metro card, you can pop around the city with ease visiting these three essential central spots. We make a slow walk from Rotebühlplatz Stadtmitte MRT Station... After having our meal at famous pork knuckle restaurant nearby. And we met this hidden corner of the street, quite quiet market with door not open widely to see what it is inside. But we managed to go in due to curiosity. We are delighted once we step in, although it was not that big as compared to usual European indoor market. But this place was mainly served the local, and as travelers like us, it was a big surprise to us in our middle of visit to the tourist destination nearby. This market sell many local fresh ingredients and daily needs. We will loved to see many local unique ingredients and some other daily foods like bread and meats. Do buy some breads here, it was cheap and delicious. Don't forget their sweet snacks too. Will definitely visit again when I'm at Stuttgart.

Opened in 1914, the Art Nouveau structure is full of food and vegetables and meats and cheeses and spices and flowers and silverware. It's almost overwhelming to find this much variety in a single space. The smell of fresh baked bread, glass counters in front of salads and freshly made sandwiches, pastries, there is a lot to see here. If this is your first time, I suggest climbing the stairs and looking down from above. It will give you a better perspective of the layout so that you can explore properly. I was already stuffed from the wine and sausage from the Weihnachtsmarkt so no purchases today. But lots of browsing. I'll need to come back to here. Surely there's a food tour that can help?

The Markthalle is home to 33 retailers who sell a large variety of produce. You'll find small grocery retailers, fisheries, bakeries with fresh bread, fresh fruit and vegetables, coffee, cakes, meats and small goods, cheese, chocolatiers and more. There is a huge variety of goods. It's almost a one stop shop for your gastronomic needs. It is located not far from Knigstrasse, the main street, and can be found just next to the historical Landesmuseum Wrttemberg. Stuttgarter Markthalle is the perfect place to pick up some goodies before heading off on a picnic. I always loved picking up some fresh bread and treats before heading out with some friends to enjoy good food with good company.

This is a Awesome Place..!! The place of wonder because it was my first time in any European "MarketHall".... . Here you can find everything food, Spices, Meats, Seafoods, Decors, and Many more!! . When I first entered the Hall, the surprise element was the hall size, the surprise was that all indian/asian spices were there, then nex surprise element was the meat shop, then later they kicked me one by one....!!✴️✴️ . At the end, I had a very tasty and wonderful crossiant towards the Info-Centre!! . Anyone new to city must have a look at it!!

The various types of local markets , the amazing delicacies that each of the shops are selling, the amazing variety of meat, the amaaazing variety of aged meats, the huge variety of Fish markets, vegetables..the barious types of dips and spreads was overwhelming. I would surely like to visit this place again. Highly recommended for an experience of German Market and German Food lovers.
