Corfu Airport Transfer — Attraction in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I booked and paid for airport transfers for 2 families with 3 small children during the October half term.

We had a late flight and the plane was slightly delayed but nothing major. We came out of the airport to find our arranged transfer and they were no where to be seen. After waiting for 10 minutes I called the contact number but no one answered. We waited another 30 minutes whilst calling the emergency mobile and office number and still no one answered. Eventually at nearly 1am we gave up, the kids were extremely tired and we had no choice but to pay 80Euro per family for 2 taxis to our holiday accomodation. Not a great start to our holiday.

The following day I emailed the office to find out why we hadn't been collected and was told their driver must have collected the wrong passengers, which I find very hard to believe as they knew the destination of the holiday accomodation. I explained how we waited for nearly an hour and had to pay 160Euro for taxis. I asked for a refund on the money I had given them. I was told that would not be a problem and they would happily return my money, but this never happened (no surprise!!)

After multiple emails and requests for the refund there is no sign of the refund and I expect they never intended to refund me the money.

WARNING!! DO NOT USE CORFU...

I booked for my family for a recent trip to Corfu, prior to reading any reviews... Had I read the reviews I would not have booked but I must say that my experience was a million miles away from what I'd read. Whilst the airport fares are expensive in Corfu (not the companies fault) the driver was extremely polite and prompt both to/from the airport (~40 mins each way). The vehicle was not a luxury limo but it was sound with plenty of room for all and luggage. Seat belts fitted throughout. I also dealt with the admin team who were equally prompt and professional. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY ADVERTISE. I pre-paid for a return transfer. Not only did nobody arrive to take us back to the airport, the emergency number was disconnected and nobody has been in touch. Once we realised nobody was coming, we had to order and pay for another taxi to take us to the airport to ensure we didn't miss our flight home. Appalling.

I have emailed numerous times for a refund and have nothing, they simply took the money and disappeared. I don't know how they are even able to...
