Very windy, not shallow enough for my toddler, and the waves are too crazy for me to be comfortable letting my 9-year-old swim without us. I’ve seen others comment on the plastics and it’s true. Also, seaweed tickling your toes and making you squirm while you imagine swamp monsters. The water is not clear at all. Read moreThis is a great sandy beach, fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Lots of parking. There are cafes. Some beach areas have catering. The water is clean (on the surface), but if you do snorkel, you will see lots of rubbish on the sea floor - partially due to the aforementioned catering of food to the beach. It is sad to see.
