Forgot headsets at the bar and it took several call attempts for 2h to get a basic answer if they found them or not, as they were not picking up the phone and advised initially "we'll check and call you back".
The number I called was the only one indicated on Google related to the bar and the person that took the call never indicated that it doesn't belong to the bar. If you have a different number for the bar maybe it worth updating it on the net...
In the evening when I called the 1st time I didn't insist once the person that took the call told me he was busy. The 2nd day in the morning I called at 10 am and the person advised only "I'll check and call you back". 35 mins later when I called back he didn't take the call and nor at 11.05am. I guess this behaviou8r is completly normal for the people working there when a simple check would have taken 5 mins max. At 11.35am after 90 mins when I called again using a different number as it was obvious the person was not willing to take the call even to give a simple answer as "I'll check and call you in xx hours ", the person replied "I'm busy, I'll call you.". I had to insist that under these vague terms ( when he can call me in 2 days, 2 weeks only he knows when...) I need an answer. As mentioned given the behaviour, the answer was as expected, without checking " I haven't found anything".
For me the experience was poor and seeing the reply reinforces the perception of a poor communication and customer service. I hope you'll revise the approach so people passing by your bar can enjoy...
