We just got back from here and had to immediately hop online to express how absolutely phenomenal Rocabella and its staff are! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely be back! When we first looked at places to stay, we were overwhelmed by options and actually booked another hotel before finding this gem. We took a chance and rebooked with Rocabella and are SO glad we did! First and foremost, the Rocabella owner and staff, especially Christine, Lina, Alex, went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay that was relaxing and elevated. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and personable. They even worked closely (and discreetly) with my now fiance to plan the most beautiful proposal a girl could ask for! (photo) They then upgraded us to a panoramic view making the trip even more unforgettable. The location was PERFECT! Close enough to the old port (where our ferry dropped us off and George picked us up in a private transfer) and Mykonos Town (where there are tons of fun shops and restaurants) but secluded enough to be relaxing and feel like an intimate couples vacation. It's a short walk down the hill to the local beach, where you'll find comfortable beach beds and beach bars serving delicious food and drinks. Extras: - The shuttles are life saving! We never had to wait long and never got stranded. - The pool ambiance is perfect - warm, casual, relaxing. The beyond comfortable pool beds with pillows, sunshine with a light breeze, and tasty drinks being served at the pool bar made it near impossible not to spend everyday by the pool:). - Food is delicious!! I think we had everything on the menu, and although it can get a little pricey, some of the dishes like the banh mi are worth it. - Workout room is well equipped. Due to COVID, we had to reserve the room ahead of time, so they could properly clean the equipment for the next guest. - Rooms were beautifully decorated and the amount of storage and counter space was spot on. AC worked well! Almost too well and I'd wake up freezing. - Free large water bottles were supplied daily. This was a huge plus for us! - There's a cute grey cat on the property named Smokey:).

If you’re looking for a place that feels like the Greek gods got together and decided to create a boutique hotel with spotless white walls, ridiculous views, and staff so nice it makes you question your own manners—Rocabella Mykonos is it. Let’s start with Elle at the front desk. I’m convinced she might actually be running the entire island. Friendly, sharp, and effortlessly cool, she manages to be warm without ever crossing into overly peppy territory—which, frankly, should be taught in hospitality schools. And at breakfast, there’s a young woman whose name I didn’t catch, probably because she was too busy being everywhere at once. She’s part ninja, part hostess, and possibly caffeinated by the gods themselves. One of the hardest-working humans I’ve ever seen—and all before I’d even finished my first cappuccino. The place is immaculate. Like, “eat off the floor if you’re into that sort of thing” clean. Our room had both a sea view and pool view, plus a private plunge pool—because apparently, I now only vacation like a minor royal. Bonus: It had just opened for the season, so it wasn’t crowded. No scrambling for sunbeds or elbowing people at the breakfast buffet. It was peaceful, serene, and felt like we had stumbled upon some secret, stylish Grecian hideaway. The staff? Super attentive. Not in a hovering way, but in a “blink and someone has already brought you more ice” way. Would I recommend it? Only if you enjoy gorgeous views, top-tier service, and escaping the chaos of downtown Mykonos without sacrificing style. So yes. Yes, I would. P.S. Bring sunglasses. For the sun, yes—but also for the sheer level of chic happening around you.

The first night we arrived at the Rocabella hotel in Mykonos was probably the worst out of our stay. We were greeted by a rude receptionist (Evans), who sat us down in the restaurant for a welcoming drink, which was yellow coloured water. After around 10 minutes of waiting, I got up to see what was happening with our check in process and was told to go and sit back down and wait a little longer. Finally, 10 minutes later we were then escorted to our room by the same rude receptionist. The very same rude receptionist (Evans) was very insulting and eventually caused a bit of an argument where we told him repetitivily to stop being rude and leave us alone in our room, he then left slamming the room door. Throughout the first night stay, there was a loud banging sound coming from outside of the room, it was extremely loud. I got up to investigate and found that a door outside near the room was faulty, and kept opening and slamming shut because of the wind. I had to use a plank of wood that I found to wedge it open, so the wind wouldn’t keep slamming it shut. Finally, 3am I managed to get to sleep! All in all, the hotel is on a beautiful island with beautiful views, we will definitely come back as long as Evans doesn’t work there anymore. All that Rocabella needs is a shift in its staff. The breakfast staff including the hotel driver are what made my time at the Rocabella hotel bareable. The location is secluded making it a perfect relaxing getaway, with the beach and shop around 15 minutes walking distance. There is also a port with the water bus which is a 25 minutes walk to get to the Mykonos town centre.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Mykonos, you should definitely stay here.||My Fiancée and I have stayed in many different types of accommodation across the world over the past 10 years and consider ourselves very well travelled. We both agree that the Rocabella is without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed and is the definition of flawless.||Firstly, the staff here are second to none and provide such a welcoming and incredible service. Even before our stay, I had communicated with them over email to arrange proposing to my girlfriend (now Fiancée) on our balcony during our stay. They went above and beyond in helping me plan and put together a special experience to ensure it was as perfect as it could be without causing me any stress. Upon our arrival at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and informative about our accommodation and Mykonos in general. The reception team maintained this high level of service throughout our stay and remained approachable in person and even via text over WhatsApp. The bar and restaurant staff were outstanding as well. Every morning we were greeted with a lovely “Good Morning” by the waitress and she remained attentive throughout the day by every now and then checking in on us by the pool to see if she could be helpful in anyway. She made such a positive impact on our stay and she is a crucial asset to the team here. In addition to her, the bartender was similarly as impressive and his cocktail making skills were incredible. Every single drink we had was up there with the best we’ve ever had and we did not have a single bad drink or food from here. We were also very impressed with the housekeeping staff, they did such a great job in working around times people were in their rooms to ensure they were not hindering anyone. This meant we did not feel rushed to leave our room for it to be cleaned as they would come at a suitable time which was a really nice experience. Each time we saw them, they would always be friendly and greet us, despite having a tough job cleaning rooms in such heat. ||We booked to stay in a Deluxe Sea View Suite With Outdoor Mini Plunge Pool. When you think of luxury and a dreamy Aegean holiday, this is exactly that. The room was incredibly clean throughout with not a spec of dust, dirt or grime anywhere. The appliances and fixtures were all very well maintained with no discolouring, damage or build up of gunk such as limescale. The presentation of the room was beautiful with such a luxurious feel to it that felt in tune with the Mykonos vibes. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there were two different types of pillows to choose from to ensure you could have the right one for you. I prefer a squishy pillow which I used and my Fiancée used the firmer one so we both had a great night sleep. The views from our balcony were phenomenal as we could both see the sunrise and sunset over the sea from our very own balcony and even our own private pool! The balcony itself is very spacious with two very large sun beds which are larger than standard ones meaning they were very comfortable and could easily spend hours on them. There was also a table with four chairs meaning we could sit there enjoying drinks and food and even play card games. The shower on was spotless and very roomy. The temperature was perfect which could get very hot if we wanted it or nice and cold to cool down if we needed to. The pressure of the shower was perfect too as sometimes when we stay in places the pressure feels underwhelming but here we had no issues at all. The provided lots of quality showering products and amenities such as a vanity kit which was a nice touch. There was air conditioning throughout the suite which was controlled by a panel by the front door which could be set to as low as 16 degrees Celsius which we really liked as a lot of places now restrict how low you can set air conditioning, but not here! ||The facilities on site are brilliant with a very large main pool with lots of nice sun loungers and beds to use around it without. They have struck the perfect balance between having enough beds and chairs without it feeling cluttered. They maintain a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere around the pool and bar with calming music at a suitable level that is enjoyable but not too loud. There is a gym which I felt was good with cardio machines and free weights. The only thing I would have liked to have seen in there is a cable weight machine to complete my workouts but this isn’t an essential. There is a spa here as well offering a sauna and massages but we didn’t use these as we were more than happy with relaxing and enjoying the rest of the Rocabella. ||The location is very good as it is a short drive into the centre of Mykonos town (Old Port) by taxi it is approximately 10 minute and by bus it is no more than 20 minutes including a short walk to the bus stop. Rocabella offer a transfer service throughout your stay so you do not need to worry about ordering taxis as the hotel and do this themselves driving you everywhere for around (€30-€40 per trip). From our research their transfer prices were cheaper than any taxi service on the island by at least €2-€5. However, I would suggest that you consider a balance with taking the bus as well if you’re happy to walk about 5 minutes to the bus stop as it is way cheaper (€2 per person per trip). It would be nice to see their transfer service slightly cheaper as we would have used it even more, but we do understand that their prices are already incredibly competitive with other taxi services on the island. ||I would like to thank the staff at the Rocabella for such a memorable and incredible stay. We genuinely are so grateful for the perfect service they have provided and we have already decided we will plan to come...

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the brand new Rocabella Villa of Rocabella Hotel in Mykonos, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated to unparalleled luxury, impeccable service, and breathtaking views that truly captured the essence of the Greek islands.

The villa itself was a masterpiece of design, blending traditional Cycladic architecture with modern amenities. Every detail was carefully curated to create a sense of comfort and elegance. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, featuring a perfect balance of minimalism and sophistication. We spent countless hours lounging by our own pool, basking in the warm Greek sun and sipping refreshing cocktails. The service at Rocabella Villa was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. During our visit, we had the pleasure of dining at the Reeza Restaurant. This dining experience was a true culinary delight, offering a fusion of Greek flavors with an international and Asian twist. The menu was thoughtfully crafted, showcasing the freshest local ingredients and presenting them in innovative and delicious ways. From traditional Greek dishes to tantalizing Asian-inspired creations, every bite was a journey of flavors that delighted our taste buds. In addition to the villa's exceptional facilities and the dining options of the hotel, its location was perfect for exploring the wonders of Mykonos. In conclusion, our stay at the brand new Rocabella Villa was an unforgettable experience. The luxurious accommodations, breathtaking views, and impeccable service combined to create a truly remarkable holiday for my family. We highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Mykonos. And don't miss the opportunity to indulge in the incredible menu at Reeza Restaurant, where you'll savor the best of Greek and international cuisine with a unique Asian twist. We cannot wait to return to Rocabella Villa in the near future. Thank you to the entire Rocabella Villa team for making our stay truly...
