Taverna with outstanding views on the sunset which is one of the most advantage here. Reservation required. We visited on a random day in the week and fully occupied. Grilled octopus: perfectly grilled, fresh, well spiced, I truly reccomend. Side salad tasty. Side french fried so so, quite dry, too much of oil. Take it! Sea bream: well grilled, a bit of lemon hint, nice taste, the portion could have been bigger (it’s definitely not 500g as they are stating in the menu) as with all side dishes it was quite small. I would take something different. Shrimps saganaki: soft, tomato-wine sauce and a lot of feta inside mixed with shrimps, amazing herbs, wow! Take it! Baklava: super good, not too much cinamon (which I don’t like in this cake), good texture. Take it! Lemoncello Spritz: gentle, lemon drink, super good, attractive price here (8€) All in all the food was super fresh and tasty with the best sunset view with the beach that I’ve ever seen but for this price (the taverna is quite expensive, with one beer, one drink and desserts we paid 80€) I would expect something on the house (there was no aperitive, bread, fruits or shots served) and more attentive service (the guy serving us seemed to be a bit in a hurry and rushing too much around).

We came here on spec on recommendation. A lovely young lady explained that they were fully booked, but that a table might be free in 20/30 mins or so. We decided to chance our luck, and asked if there was somewhere we could have a drink in the meantime. We were shown to a lovely little terrace overlooking the beach, and to be honest we would have been happy to stay here for a while, table or not. We had timed it perfectly (unintentionally) to enjoy a delicious salted caramel martini whilst watching the sun go down. A table became available due to a no-show and we went on to enjoy a delicious fish supper. This place is a definite must-do. Ambience is a little removed from 'traditional' greek taverna style but all the usual favourites are available, as well as a wide range of fresh fish options. Staff are brilliant too. Make sure to book and discover this gem for yourselves.

We were actually heading to a different taverna but when we arrived it was closed and this place was the only place open for food!! From the moment we got in the one main guy who was serving us.. was totally on form…. outstanding at his job. There was one another chap working the bar too. Both were obviously rushed off their feet but completely in sink with each other and we were really impressed with the service. We drank our very tasty espresso martinis and then out came the food. Well, what can I say.. so very tasty. I had a vegetarian moussaka- just lovely (And a massive portion- I ate it all). My hubby had the best Kalamari he has ever eaten! My daughter had sea bass that fell part in her mouth and my son was very content with his pasta dish. This was by far the best restaurant we have eaten at over our holidays, for the service and food was exceptional.

One of the worst experiences in Greece (and I have visited many restaurants in both islands and mainland).

We were two couples with small kids (one less than 1 year in a stroller and one 3 years old).

There were a couple of tables with no reservation available for 4 people. I have rather asked if we can just sit all together inone table - it was enough for us, just wanted one chair.

We were denied that request. So I have told the waiter that okay, we will just split, if they count us as 6 people we will just take a table for 4 by each family, no problem.

Shockingly told us no - even though these tables were available. Maybe they just dont want small kids in their restaurant at all.

This is really absurd and I would like to recommend everyone to not support this and rather go to some of the next restaurants.

The table policy is questionable but just denying entrance for absurd reasons is unacceptable. If you dont want kids inside just tell the people in advance.

I hope that its just us unlucky of getting not the best staff in...

We had a fantastic evening at this beautiful restaurant, the food and service was spectacular. The view is also beautiful. We would highly recommend. I also have to just say that we where seated on the table next to the group of 18 that have left a very unkind review about the English girl. She was absolutely fantastic the whole evening, running the whole outside operation from what we could see. It's a very busy restaurant and we heard her explain everything kindly, clearly and politely. The group didn't seem to entertain that the bill was in written in greek, and even though the waitress politely said she would run through it all with them and translate it in a few minutes when she had the time, I heard one customer get very snappy with her, wanting it in english and saying they was ready to leave. She dealt with it very professionally, and I think the review left is...
