Palm3 Waterpark, Νέος Μαρμαράς — Attraction in Municipality of Sithonia

We went today to Neos Marmaras in the afternoon and went to the water park there.

We had a great experience, both for adults and teens. The water park was fun and challenging, and totally worth the time and money!

The man at the table/tent was pleasant and helpful. I paid one hour for me and longer for my son. Your worker even let me stay a little extra to be more with/play with my son…that meant a lot!

The lady who was the life guard tonight was fabulous! She was polite and did her job as she should, but what really impressed me was the attention she showed to the kids playing. My son told me at the end of the day that she spent time with them, giving them tips on how to do things and what they can do to make it more fun, etc. She did a great job taking care of the kids/doing her lifeguard duties, but also making them feel special and helping them enjoy even more which I felt was above and beyond her duties. We were very impressed with her (I don’t have her name)!

We spent the whole day here on a beautiful Sunday. The staff are absolutely amazing!! The most helpful and friendly people we have met on our whole holiday!! They were so welcoming, they ordered takeaway food for us and there was a problem with my payment and the lady life guard, very kindly took me in her car to pay for the food so I didn't get lost! The lifeguard on duty was friendly and really encouraged everyone to have fun and kept a close watch on everyone. The lady that dealt with tickets kindly sorted out our taxi for us as we didn't have a clue where or how to get one home!! I cannot fault any of them and they made out day complely stress and worry free, so a BIG THANKYOU from us. The park itself was amazing! honestly the party is really great but the people working are not professional. The price is 15 euros for an hour, which is a lot if the price for the whole day is 20 euros. There is a lifeguard who is not doing his job properly. I fell from the top of the stairs that lead to the slide that is about 7 meters high, the rescuer was 5 meters from us and he did not hear the shouts of 10 people did not "see" how I fell, I hurt my back and none of the workers spoke when they saw that 3 people are pulling me towards the shore and they are fighting for help. None of the workers apologized, but they said that we are not little babies, but big girls. I literally couldn't walk because I hurt my back when I fell. The handrails that were not properly nailed on those stairs...
