Villa appartenuta a George Emmanuel Argyros; commerciante di vini. La sua costruzione risale al 1888. Venne danneggiata in parte dal terremoto del 1956. Dopo trent' anni la restaurarono e venne aperta al pubblico. Qui si visitano (solo con visita guidata) tre stanze da letto, la sala da pranzo, il soggiorno, il salotto della musica e l' ufficio del proprietario.
