Haleiwa Alii Beach is very easy to access with on-site parking or a short walk from the bus stop on Kamehameha Highway at the end of Haleiwa Beach Road. It's just on the other side of the boat harbor. This well-maintained beach sports a terrific beginner to intermediate surf break off a wide stretch of smooth and comfy sand. The showers and restrooms are kept in good condition and the ambiance is very family-friendly and fun. It's a laid-back little place to watch the sunset and relax with a beverage at the end of a long day.

Was told by a couple of locals this is a great place to spot turtles and it did not disappoint!! Saw maybe 10 or more popping their little heads up and down in the water and managed to snorkel with 5 or so close to shore! Even got super lucky and one came up onto the shore to bask for a few minutes. Incredible!! Arrived just before noon and they were super active then. Quietened down a bit closer to 1pm but they were still around. Quiet beach with parking and restrooms.

One of the first North Shore beaches you’ll be able to see when coming from the south of Oahu . It’s a wide and long beach with plenty of space and not many crowds. There’s plenty of parking as well. The waves are massive and offer an idyllic view of North Shore surfing. We visited on a Saturday morning before noon with not many crowds, but also not much surfing given smaller waves on this particular day in June.

It was worth the drive, there's a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. Tho, I would take precautions going into the water as the waves could pick up. It's very good for surfing. They even have a lifeguard, but you still need to be an above average swimmer here. Other than that, it is so beautiful and relaxing. You could tan all day. ⛱️

Just like most beaches on the North Shore, this place is really nice. Came here on a weekday and there was plenty of parking and lots of open space on the beach. Saw a few snorkelers out in the water along with some paddle borders. Great place to have an easy going morning, or any time of day for that matter. Love the North Shore life!

We went on a Wednesday afternoon and basically had it to ourselves. Great beach area with bathrooms and feet washing stations and some grass and trees near the parking lot. There weren't Turtles on the beach but there were 2+ in the water right by the beach. We also watched a crab run up and down the beach.
