Greenroom Hawaii — Attraction in Oʻahu

Last week my family bought two frames from the Greenroom. We decided we did not like the color of the frames in our home, so yesterday we brought them back to return. The green room would not accept one of the frames as they would “never sell” a frame of this condition. They claimed we damaged the frames and they were warped. We live on island, so the frames were never in any scenario where they could have been damaged. The staff were rude and very insistent that we damaged the frame. If the frames were damaged from a drive home in A/C and being hung onto a wall for a day, I believe the product was poorly made. This is a lovely store with terrible customer service. My family went to purchase items and their Internet was down which they disvovered when they charged my card 3 times. We said we would return when fixed. As we approached the door, we were told it was working. They told me they could not remove the charges and that I would need to contact my card company. Rather than add another charge to my card, my daughter-in-law purchased my item with hers as a gift to me. I contacted my credit card company and they followed up only to learn that the store denied my claim. I'm now out of $36x3 for a tee shirt that I didn't actually purchase.
