Christmas Museum — Attraction in Budapest

I'm very disappointed in this place. The staff have no shame to speak rudely with it's clients, violating any rights of the consumer.

Sadly we didn't noticed on the first glance, that one of the toys we were buying has a factory deffect. Not sure, if cashier intentionally ignored that or didn't noticed too, but i tend to think the first option. What happened afterwards - speaks for itself.

They sell low quality product for a high price, covering it with an illusional impressions of visiting the "fairy tale", and to any objections or attempts to return defective toy, we have face a rude refusal with accompanying accusations that it was our fault.

Personally, i won't come back here again and don't...

Hihetetlenül udvariatlan és kedvtelen kiszolgálás, az eladó még annyit sem tud mondani, hogy Jó napot!, Viszlát!, Köszönöm! még akkor sem, ha mi ezt a kedvességet, udvariasságot megelőlegeztük.

Unbelievable unfriendly and unhappy service, the shopkeeper lady even cannot say Hi when we entered the shop or Have a nice day, Good bye, Thanks when we left. Even tough we did say loudly to her. This attitude was common during the communist era, and seems she was socialised during that time. Her face was like "what the hell are you coming here to make me me move?", why do we have to bother her, etc... Seems she hated her job. Unfortunately, not this is the only shop where the seller is very unfriendly. I am not expecting bowing to me but a little smile and friendliness, being polite would be the minimum, especially at the touristic place like Szentendre. Eventually, we bought some small staff and might be that was her problem that we did not spent much more, or she is just like this: unhappy.

Úgy viselkedik és áll ott, mintha utálna ott dolgozni és zavarná hogy bementünk nézelődni és vásárolni, mert ezzel neki munkát adtunk. De nem ez a bolt az egyetlen, ahol így viselkednek az eladók. Nem azt várom el, hogy hajlongjanak, de egy minimális mosoly és udvariasság, illem azért nem egy teljesíthetetlen dolog, főleg egy olyan turisztikai helyen mint Szentendre. Végtére is vettünk két apró dolgot, lehet ez volt a gondja, hogy csak keveset költöttünk, de az is lehet hogy szimplán nem tudja hogyan...

When I entered at once I've been back to my childhood Xmas seasons! Wonderful to feel Xmas during summer, but I think here is Xmas whole year! Who likes the "palatial kitsch" it can be found, but I mean in good way! I loved that as I loved to be recognised those ornaments and Xmas decorations as we had at home. Amazingly place and really felt the salesman and saleswoman's dedication to holiday seasons as Xmas in weekdays as well. Thanks for these beautiful...
